For students to fly high in the unlimited sky, there should be an effort to bring education in the right direction with right values in various fields. Children must be prepared to face the problems and challenges of this complex world. They should have tolerance, compassion and sympathy for the weak. We live in a world where there is enough information, but the ability to understand and gain it in beneficial way comes from education. We have been entrusted with the role of administrator, teacher and advisor to fulfil this vision and very difficult mission in the institutions of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. Our endeavour is to make education enjoyable and meaningful. We strive to incorporate educational changes, integrate technology, develop critical thought skills, generate a quest for knowledge. Rising high is human nature but without proper training in human values, we may not be able to give them wings for independent flight. Science and spirituality should be harmoniously blended to make the youth perfect for national service and development. It is my belief that with the right approach and concerted work, Jabalpur Regional Office will develop a force to reckon and pursue excellence, which is difficult and not impossible. In Mom ‘s words, “One must always strive for perfection and the specific level of perfection today does ‘t matter today because one reaches at least one step tomorrow.”

Kendrya vidyalaya TFRI, is rooted in progressive and experiential learning. We are the pioneers who offer hands-on experiences to every student. At our vidyalaya, the students gain a broader view of the world. They acquire a deep understanding of their own skills, interests, passion and values. From academic to cultural and from artistic to sporting experiential learning is our topmost priority. We push the envelope when it comes to pay equal attention to each student. Everyone is a priority for us. We strive towards developing young minds with futuristic approach. These learning skills promote problem solving, team spirit, discipline, creativity and sincerity. We make gentle efforts to help them come out of their comfort zone and explore unexplored avenues. The strength of vidyalaya, are the staff, students and the parents. With the needs of students as a pivotal point, every stake holder will be in liaison at all times to bestow the best to the children. A motivated teacher infuses a motivated mind. Our ardent efforts would be to build around us highly kindled faculty ever enthused to lead the young minds in the right direction. It will be my mission to share a strong rapport with all my faculty members and other colleagues. Frequent sessions with children to resolve all their problems, will be my priority.
